Regional General Contractor Application
The Indiana Energy Saver Program (“IESP” or “Program”) is seeking three (3) Regional General Contractors. IESP, through this application process, will select a Regional General Contractor (RGC) who will be assigned to oversee IESP work in a region of the state. The RGC will enter into contracts with property owners who own single and or multi-family properties to provide energy efficiency improvements (“Work”) to those who qualify under the Program. The RGC will also oversee and contract with Qualified Contractors in the IESP Qualified Contractor Network to perform work at properties within the RGC’s designated region.
Responsibilities of an RGC include, but are not limited to:
- Managing simultaneous project assignments within the applicable region,
- Ensuring the completion of a project’s scope of work,
- Coordinating and holding contracts with Qualified Contractors and property owners, and
- Maintaining and reporting federally compliant documentation to IESP staff.
In addition to the information that is provided in this Regional General Contractor Application, please complete this form as part of this application. This application must be submitted online at IndianaEnergySaver.com.
