Supporting Documentation Upload Instructions
As part of your application to become a Regional General Contractor for the Indiana Energy Saver Program (IESP), you are required to upload documentation that demonstrates you meet the minimum qualifications (opens new window). Please ensure all documents are current, clearly labeled, and uploaded in PDF format.
Provide your active SAM.gov registration:
Upload a signed certification stating your business is not suspended or debarred from working on federally funded projects.
Prospective Regional General Contractors must provide documentation demonstrating experience that satisfies the RGC Minimum Qualification requirements and addresses in the following categories:
Please include clear headings to denote each category. Responses need to address all applicable items listed in each category and contain sufficient detail to address the request.
Narrative documentation cannot exceed 12 pages.
Your submission should clearly demonstrate your firm's qualifications and capacity to perform as a Regional General Contractor under the Indiana Energy Saver Program. Please be sure to include specific examples, project details, performance metrics, staffing structure, financial documentation, and any relevant certifications.
Upon review of all required documents, a phone assessment may be scheduled as needed to discuss or clarify items provided during the application process and to complete the scoring of your application. Following the closing of the RGC application period, the highest scoring firms will be contacted to conduct final in-person interviews. If you are selected to be a Regional General Contractor, you will be required to provide a copy of your current insurance certificates (general liability, workers compensation, automobile, and errors and professional liability if applicable) as required by the IESP Contractor Participation Manual.
